3 promises to stress-test before submission

You have decided to bid. This control does not ask whether the bid is compliant, but whether your company can live with the contract if it wins.

1. ‘We can fund mobilisation’

Put payroll, purchases and subcontractors on a timeline, followed by the first possible invoice, acceptance and payment. The cash peak becomes something that needs proof of funding.

2. ‘We have capacity’

Turn volumes, hours, deadlines and continuity into people, hours and dependencies. A planned but unconfirmed resource remains a condition, not capacity.

3. ‘We accept the liability’

Connect penalties, guarantees, insurance, aggregation and caps to the competent reviewer. An unclear clause is an escalation, never a pass.

Luc OS rule: UNKNOWN ≠ 0. A missing assumption stays unknown until evidence or human validation closes it.
